I dont know if this qulifies as event photography or not.
Taken with D300, 70-200mm + 2xconverter

TSnake - Well, an air show is an event. They are quite good, especially the in flight ones. Congrats!

Great pics. I used to attend airshows in the Reno area years ago and really enjoyed the shear rush of those screaming machines flying overhead! Where did you take these shots and what lens did you use?

Can I use some of your photos solely for my personal purpose, such as a wallpaper? Nothing commercial, just personal use. The 1st picture is absolutely stunning. I've always been amazed by airplanes. You don't happen to own by chance photos of helicopter also?
